Lambda Root insists on honesty, integrity, and fairness in all business aspects.  This tenet explicitly prohibits bribery, corruption, fraud, and unethical practices, including the offer or acceptance of bribes and facilitation payments.  Employees must also avoid conflicts of interest.


Lambda Root supports free enterprise and seeks to compete fairly and ethically within the framework of applicable competition laws.


Lambda Root practices Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Client and reader information is treated with strict confidentiality.
  • Personal data is handled responsibly and in accordance with countries in which we operate.
  • Any anonymized data used for analysis or content improvement is handled ethically and with consent where possible.


3) Integrity, Accuracy, and Learner Mindset

We provide truthful, evidence-based information in all publications, posts, articles, reports, and consulting work.

  • Technical, reliability, and other claims are always substantiated and clearly explained.
  • Errors or omissions are corrected promptly and transparently.
  • We respect copyrights, patents, and other intellectual property. Sources are properly cited, and plagiarism is never tolerated.
  • Our content is designed to share knowledge responsibly and help practitioners learn from real-world examples.


We understand and share the sources of information while maintaining a learner mindset to pursue continuous learning. We exhibit and continuously practice a learner mindset.

  • Advice and analysis are unbiased and free from undue influence. If we are unable to provide unbiased advice, then we clearly disclose our biases.
  • Sponsored or paid content is clearly disclosed.
  • Opinions and facts are clearly distinguished to avoid confusion.


4) Professional Competence

Taking into account that “Iron sharpens iron” and “people sharpen people”, we are called to continue to sharpen our skills so we can help other people sharpen their skills.

  • We provide consulting and insights within our areas of expertise.
  • When a project requires expertise beyond our qualifications, we refer clients to trusted professionals.
  • Continuous learning ensures our knowledge stays current and valuable.


5) Respect and Inclusivity
